Functions of Breathe Basic Software
Online Reporting
Breathe Registers web portal provides a comprehensive reporting suite with a choice of over 20 reports. These include cashing up, top 20, profitability & low stock. These can be viewed online, filtered printed or exported to external software.
Stock Management
Quite simply, Breathe Register automates tasks & gives you back time. Stock information can be imported automatically from your distributors data & sent to all Tills at the click of a button. Automated low stock & replenishment reports save your time & money.
Multiple Stores
If you have one store or multiple stores Register has you covered. You can centrally manage, configure & report on all stores via the web portal. You simply make a price change on the web portal & distribute it to all tills at once.
Product Discounts
Discounts can be manually added for an amount or percentage, and they can also be pre-set, for instance a staff discount. Breathe Register lets you choose a pre-set discount or scan a discount barcode. These can then be applied to both individual item or whole transactions.
Integrated Payments
The tender amount is transferred automatically to the card payment terminal. Your store staff will save time every day with speedier & accurate tendering with card integrated payments.
Barcode Scanning
Breathe Register provides efficient identification of the specific product thanks to the ability to use a barcode scanner. This ensures a speedy service, that the price is correct & the store stock level is adjusted appropriately. Requires purchasing a suitable scanner.
Customer Management
The Customer Relationship Manager or CRM, allows you to record customer details & link them to a transaction. What you record can be configured to your needs via the web portal. Hospitality may record name, address, favourite table & any allergies. A salon may record last hair colour. All transactions can be associated to the customer so you can view their spend over time, market to them & service them appropriately.
Appointments & Bookings
The appointment booking calendar allows you to book anything. This could be tables in a restaurant, a stylist at a hair salon or a service bay in a bike shop. You create the list of bookable items on the web portal & then make appointments against them on the Breathe Register.
Timekeeping & Clocking In
Use our clocking in/out functionality to monitor all staff time keeping. Breathe Register Epos clerks & any other staff members, clock in and out on the Register. Clerks can clock in & log into Breathe Register at once. A timekeeping report can be viewed on the web portal.
